com-mu-ni-ty n. a group of people forming a smaller social unit within a larger one and sharing common interests, work, identity, location, etc.

A Classical Conversations community is:

A group of parents who love the Lord

A group of parents who place themselves in learning communities all over the country

A group of parents who desire for their children to “get wisdom and understanding”

A group of parents who sharpen each other through fellowship and encouragement

A group of children who will grow, learn and play together

Families whose quest it is to rediscover the lost tools of learning!

Spell To Write and Read Curriculum

Spell to Write and Read (SWR) is an Old Schoolhouse Magazine winner for educational excellence. It is also named as One of Cathy Duffy's 100 top picks. The Spell to Write and Read (SWR) core kit contains five companion products that work together to teach the first 4-6 years of unified language arts or to remediate any age. If you are looking for a great reading, writing, and spelling program, this is a great one to check out!

I am in the process of polling homeschoolers in the interest of having a Parent/Teacher 2 OR 3-Day training seminar in North Idaho. We need a minimum of 10 people to keep the cost of the trainer low. The trainer is Norma Farrand.
